VIRIDE ORGANIC EV TUSCAN OLIVE OIL is a full-bodied, rich olive oil with a medium-spicy finish made from blending three olive varietals: Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Leccino, all grown organically in Tuscany. The 2021 harvest was hand-picked in late November, cold-pressed and bottled in early December. Unfiltered and vibrant, the flavor is as usual, remarkably consistent from year to year.
